Evolution has been the generally accepted explanation of the origin of the universe since Charles Darwin published his enormously popular "On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life" in 1859. The truth, however, is not so popular. 'So, what is the truth?' you might be asking. First, some facts about evolution: Darwin never expected his theory to catch on like it did. Really! He told a reporter years after his book was published that he wrote it only as a young man with a few ideas, and was completely surprised by the public's eager acception of it. Evolution is founded upon the possibility that a cell from non-living matter can transform into a living one-celled organism. Though they admit it's a long shot, evolutionists believe this actually happened billions of years ago, and from this freak occurrance originated all life on earth. What they do not admit, however, is that the possibility of life forming spontaneously is so low that there is a greater possiblity of a tornado sweeping through a hardware store and piecing together a perfect two-story house, complete with indoor plumbing and electricity. The dating system used by archaeologists to date fossils which they claim to be proof that the earth really is billions of years old works conveniently in synchronization with the dating system of the rock layers. What I mean is, the fossils are used to date the rock layer they are found in, and the rock layer is supposed to date the fossils. Like I promised, here's the honest truth about what really happened. This is not just my opinion of the origin of earth; it's the real deal: God spoke, and the earth was formed. It didn't take millions of years; it only took a split second - just long enough for a few words to get out. But it was long enough. Dinosaurs and other "prehistoric" animals did exist, but to say they are our ancestors is like saying you can make a decent cherry pie out a Ford truck. We're just too different. The extinction of these species is mainly attributed to the Great Flood of Noah's time, which caused drastic environmental changes over the whole world. Many animals could not cope with these changes, including dinosaurs. Thus, they went extinct just as many endangered species continue to do today. Believing in evolution takes a bigger leap of faith than believing in Creation. The proof evolutionists claim exists simply is not there. Though they are getting good at grasping at the same straws they've used since 1859, anyone who tells you all life sprung from some little cell that just decided to be alive is believing the biggest lie of the millenium. I have not posted this information in order to make people upset or to try to shove my beliefs on anyone. I just want to let the truth be known and possibly bring a few people to a saving knowledge of God's love. Think about it - He loved you so much, he made the whole world just so you'd have something to anchor you to the ground.
